To me, the Shopaholic books are quite addictive. I don’t mind reading about Becky and her silliness. Some parts are really funny – that’s why I look forward to the other Shopaholic books.

I’m reading this book now and thought it’d be one of those fluffy chick lit novels. It’s actually *very funny* and yes, I can’t help liking Becky Bloomwood for all her ditziness. I’m starting a writing career seriously and see a lot of myself in her – yikes!!!

Yes, I was pretty annoyed with Becky in the beginning. She’s always so over-confident and extremely optimistic. Hahaha! ‘Idiotically bimbotic’…that’s a nice phrase to describe her.

when i first read this, i actually hated becky bloomwood! i thought she was so idiotically bimbotic… but i grew to love her just like becky’s loved ones.
